Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Schedule
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–7 days after purchase, depending on order volume and plant readiness.

Customers will receive an email notification at least 48 hours before dispatch, confirming the planned shipping day and carrier service.
This notice allows time to verify shipping details or contact us regarding any changes or cancellations.
Once the dispatch process has begun, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent before dispatch.
Tracking links are issued once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier and may take a short time to update.

We ship with UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver for international orders.
For domestic deliveries within Sweden, PostNord is also available at checkout.
Orders valued at €200 or more qualify for free UPS Express Saver shipping within the EU.

Shipments normally leave early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
Dispatch may be delayed during Swedish public holidays or extreme weather.

2. Packaging and Handling
All plants are shipped in healthy, rooted condition unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Plants are typically packed in sphagnum moss or a sphagnum moss and perlite mix, surrounded by thermal insulation and protective materials appropriate for the season.

During colder months, heat packs can be added for €3.
Orders totaling €100 or more include a heat pack free of charge when needed for safe delivery.
Heat packs provide extra protection but cannot guarantee prevention of temperature-related damage.

3. Weather and Timing
If local temperatures at our facility drop below 0 °C, shipments will be postponed until conditions improve.
Plant health always takes priority over speed.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that weather conditions at the destination are suitable for delivery before placing an order.
RD Elevate AB is not responsible for temperature damage that occurs at the destination once the parcel is in transit.

4. Responsibility and Risk
Responsibility for delivery transfers to the buyer once the parcel has been scanned by UPS or PostNord.
Carrier delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, routing, or customs delays.
RD Elevate AB is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or damage occurring after hand-off to the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Delivery Area
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Orders sent to a brokerage address within the EU are considered delivered once the parcel arrives at that address.
