Terms of Service

By placing an order you accept the following terms. They exist to protect both parties and to ensure clarity regarding the sale and shipment of live plants.

1. Overview
This website is operated by RD Elevate AB, under the brand name crystallinaminum™ (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Ordering and Availability
All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
An order is confirmed only once full payment has been processed and the plant has been approved for dispatch.

We may cancel an order if the plant becomes unavailable, displays health issues, or if weather or shipping conditions make dispatch unsuitable.
We sell exclusively within the European Union. Orders shipped to brokerage or forwarding addresses within the EU are considered delivered once the parcel reaches that address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order (or part of an) order at any time before dispatch with full refund if a plant no longer meets our quality standards or shipping conditions become unsafe.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not add extra payment fees, though your bank may apply its own charges.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Sweden, normally on Mondays (occasionally Tuesdays), to avoid plants sitting in warehouses over the weekend. During extreme heat or cold we may delay dispatch for plant safety. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout.

We are not liable for courier delays, loss after ‘delivered’ status, or damage once the parcel has left our hands, except where we choose to honour a claim under our Refund Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, there is no right of withdrawal and we do not accept returns or cancellations after dispatch.

Refunds or replacements are only possible in accordance with our Refund Policy. All decisions are at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product descriptions, and written content on this website are the property of RD Elevate AB and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent RD Elevate AB is found liable for any claim, our total liability for that order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We do not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including any secondary costs or impacts related to courier delays, weather, or environmental conditions after dispatch.

8. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the store is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law and applicable EU consumer protection rules.
Any dispute shall be handled by the competent court in Gothenburg, Sweden.
