Shipping Policy

Every plant from crystallinaminum™ is prepared and packed with great care so it travels as safely as possible from our grow space to your home. Please take a moment to read this policy before ordering.
1. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and prepared within 1–7 business days (depending on plant readiness and order volume).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Parcels are normally dropped off on Mondays (occasionally Tuesdays) to optimize chance of delivery before the weekend.
In case of holidays or extreme weather we may adjust the dispatch day — you will always be notified.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship exclusively with UPS within the European Union only:
- UPS Standard.
- UPS Express Saver (free on orders over €450).
During particularly warm or cold periods the Standard option may be temporarily inactivated for plant safety.
3. Packaging & Plant Protection
Plants are packed in sphagnum or sphagnum–perlite mix, insulated, and secured with materials appropriate for the season.
During colder periods heat packs are added free of charge whenever temperatures require it.
4. Address Accuracy & Receival
Please double-check that your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Packages marked as “delivered”, but not received (porch piracy, left at door or with neighbour, parcel box etc.).
- Refunds or replacements if a parcel is returned to us (wrong address, refused, uncollected, etc.).
For the health of your plants, please bring the box indoors as soon as possible after delivery, especially in very hot or cold weather.
5. Delivery Area
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Orders sent to forwarding or consolidation services inside the EU are considered successfully delivered once they reach that address.
